Airport shuttles
STEP BY STEP GUIDE HOW TO COMPLETE YOUR RESERVATION:
1. Enter your contact information.
2. Select your preferred shuttle time for arrival day.
3. Type in you arrival information Airline, Flight Number, and Date.
4. Type in you departure information Airline, Flight Number, and Date.
5. During checkout please ensure you enter the amount of transfers per person required in your party in QTY.
Example:
Round Trip Transportation for 1 person = 2 Transfers
Round Trip Transportation for 2 persons = 4
Shuttle:
Kindly select your shuttle time, allow 20-30 mins after your arrival. That way you have time to collect luggage / restroom stop / etc.
Check In:
Arrivals: Meet us at the luggage carrousel, our staff will be holding a sign with the group logo.
Departures: Meet us at the Hotel Lobby, at your designated hotel departure time ( 3 hrs prior recommended ) .
We will escort you to your shuttle.
Restrictions:
Shuttle transfers are subject to a minimum of 6 guests per transfer.
Shuttle times are subject to change in order to best fit group needs. In that case we will contact you ahead of time and coordinate.
Cancellations:
There will be NO refund for unused services / No Show / or services cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival date.
All shuttle times are listed in AST time.
